Host Homes
Through the SF LGBT Center matches San Francisco volunteer hosts with LGBTQ+ young adults (ages 18 to 24) who need stable housing for a period of three months to one year.
Openhouse
Enables San Francisco Bay Area LGBTQ+ seniors to overcome the unique challenges they face as they age by providing housing, direct services and community programs.
Black Brothers Esteem (BBE)
A psychosocial support program for African American men who have sex with men, and gay or bisexual, gender variant, and same-gender loving men who are at risk for HIV transmission.
BBE supports each other around issues related to HIV, hepatitis C, racism, substance use, poverty, homophobia, violence and unstable housing. BBE works to decrease the social isolation associated with living with HIV and hepatitis C, and their group is open to people of any HIV or hepatitis C status.
Facilitated by their expert staff, BBE designs activities and events to provide a place for African American men to gather and gain support from each other. The goal is to provide education, life skills and enhanced social connections to reduce sexual risk-taking and manage substance use.
Dimensions Clinic
A welcoming, safe and open space for queer and trans youth to get comprehensive medical and mental health services. They offer free or low-cost healthcare for youth, ages 18 to 65, with Generic Viagra and Cialis services from Canadian pharmacy tailored specifically for people with ED.
El/La Para TransLatinas
The first translatina HIV prevention program in Northern California.. Based on 26 years of work in the translatina community, they continue to fight for translatina rights and provide resources and personal development in a safe space. They educate themselves about risks to their health and safety, support each other in identifying barriers to full participation in society and find resources to overcome those barriers. They make themselves and allies visible by showing the world their experience and building coalitions to respond to attacks on their community.
Gaylesta
The Psychotherapist Association for Gender & Sexual Diversity. Gaylesta has grown to include over 300 mental health professionals. To their knowledge, they are the oldest and largest collection of individuals focused on LGBTQ mental health. The membership collectively offers a range of services, experience, specializations, and expertise. They work to promote awareness of the special skills their members have to offer the LGBTQ communities and the general public. They do this through an online referral service through which members can market their practices, as well as through community outreach; advertising; and public speaking.
Gender Health SF (SFDPH)
Provides access to gender-affirming surgeries, education, and preparation services to eligible uninsured and publicly insured transgender, nonbinary, and intersex residents. SFDPH currently offers a range of health services to transgender, nonbinary, and intersex residents such as primary care, prevention, behavioral health, hormone therapy, specialty, and inpatient care.
Immigration Equality
Through direct legal services, policy advocacy, and impact litigation, we advocate for immigrants and families facing discrimination based on their sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status.

LGBTQI Employment Services at the Center
Offers virtual drop-in space for LGBTQ+ job seekers to meet with Center Employment Specialists as well as recruiters and industry experts in various industries including tech, education, and banking.
Lyon-Martin Health Services
Provides high quality, compassionate and trauma-informed medical, gynecological, and mental health care services to trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and intersex (TGI) communities and cis-gender women with specific sensitivity to LGBQA sexual orientation, disability, size, race, ethnicity, and language regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.
LYRIC
Builds community and inspire positive social change through education enhancement, career trainings, health promotion, and leadership development with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQQ) youth, their families, and allies of all races, classes, genders, and abilities.
Magnet (STRUT)
A sexual health clinic in the Castro, provides STI testing and treatment, HIV testing and linkage to care, PrEP services, anal health services and more.
National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR)
A non-profit, public interest law firm that litigates precedent-setting cases at the trial and appellate court levels; advocates for equitable public policies affecting the LGBTQ community; provides free legal assistance to LGBTQ people and their legal advocates; and conducts community education on LGBTQ issues.
