Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 “shelter in place” order, this workshop will be held online via webinar in a 2-part series. You must attend both webinars to receive credit for all 6 hours. You will receive the link to register for Part 2 when you complete Part 1. Part 2 will take place on November 20st.

Any participant who no-shows more than twice will not be allowed to register for the course again.
Learn how to set financial goals, create a budget, downsize your debt, and understand your credit report and score. We’ll explain how to best prepare yourself for homeownership, what to expect in the mortgage loan process along with learning the different types of loans available and mortgage loan application criteria. Learn about the steps in the home buying process including shopping for a home, making an offer, the closing period, and home buying professionals that will assist you along the way. In addition, learn about local programs available to first-time home buyers and the criteria that must be met to qualify for those programs.
Please arrive at the webinar on time. Attendees who do not arrive on time will not be given credit for the workshop. No exceptions.
