To submit a BMR purchase application, you must have: 1) Mortgage Pre-Approval Letter from a City approved lender and 2) Verification of Homebuyer Education dated within the past year.

All 10 hours of required homebuyer education MUST BE COMPLETED to receive a Verification of Homebuyer Education. Orientations, workshops and individual counseling appointments are provided on a first come, first served basis. If the event you’re trying to register for is full, please register for a different date. New events are posted as soon as they become available.
