APPLICATIONS FOR THE DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE LOAN PROGRAM (DALP) ARE DUE WEDNESDAY, MAY 12TH AT 5 PM.

To submit a DALP application, you must have: 1) a Mortgage Pre-Approval Letter from a City approved lender and 2) Verification of Homebuyer Education dated within the past year. The Pre-Approval Letter must reflect current prices for a market rate property, a pre-approval letter prepared for a Below Market Rate (BMR) property will not be sufficient.

All 10 hours of required homebuyer education MUST BE COMPLETED to receive a Verification of Homebuyer Education. Orientations, workshops and individual counseling appointments are provided on a first come, first served basis. If the event you’re trying to register for is full, please register for a different date. New events are posted as soon as they become available.

This Homeowner Association workshop is being offered to Mission Walk residents only.

 

HOA workshop for Mission Walk owners to:

  • Understand how HOA dues are set, and your rights as a homeowner
  • Increase participation in planning for repairs and maintenance
  • Get information on COVID- 19 assistance for homeowners
  • Connect with individual counseling to support long term financial stability

PLEASE NOTE: After you have registered, you will receive instructions about how to participate on your Eventbrite ticket and email confirmation. Please be sure to complete the registration form and download the zoom app in advance of the workshop.
