FIRST TIME HOME BUYER WORKSHOP
(REQUIRED for Mayor’s Office of Housing First Time Homebuyers Education)
2 HOURS OF ORIENTATION + 6 HOURS OF FTHB EDUCATION + 2 HOURS OF 1 ON 1 COUNSELING. ALL THREE are required for anyone who wants to participate in San Francisco’s BMR program, DALP, or other SF down payment assistance programs. CERTIFICATION POLICY: In order to receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must complete 2 hours of MOHCD Programs Orientation, 6 hours of education & 2 hours of individual counseling. Therefore, late comers arriving after 9:15 am will not be admitted. LATE ARRIVALS must reschedule and register for the next available class.
