Homeownership SF’s Housing Expo is the largest annual affordable housing resource fair in San Francisco. This will be our 10th year holding this FREE event to showcase the City’s affordable housing programs and provide information and resources for San Francisco tenants, current homeowners, and first-time homebuyers.

Workshops for SF renters, homebuyers and homeowners will be presented by HUD-approved housing counseling agencies, the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development and real estate professionals. Workshop topics include rental and ownership Below Market Rate (BMR) Units, down payment assistance programs, San Francisco tenant rights, and estate planning.
