SF Mayor's Office Launches 16 New Units!

The San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing has announced 16 new ownership units becoming available:

5800 Third Street ( 8 ownership units) coming June 18th, 2012

299 Valencia (4 ownership units) coming June 18th, 2012

1301 Minnesota (4 ownership units) coming June 18th, 2012

 Effective January 3, 2012, all adult houshold members who will be on the loan and title for all San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing administered homeownership program must attend 6 hours housing workshops and complete first time home buyer counseling requirements.

All applicant households must now obtain a loan preapproval from an approved lender, as well.
